Groups

Group work offers a different therapeutic rhythm from individual sessions. The presence of others can amplify awareness, deepen nervous system regulation, and create opportunities for learning that arise within a relational field. Within a well-held group, resilience can grow and perspective can widen.

My groups are small and are grounded in nervous system-informed practice and trauma awareness. The emphasis is on learning and experiencing practical ways to support regulation and embodiment. While personal responses may arise in the group setting, the focus remains on developing awareness and regulation skills rather than engaging in intensive trauma processing. While personal reflection is welcome, deeper personal processing is more appropriately held within individual therapy.
